reminder this is only for people who don’t have fat to lose around their waist. This is for making your muscles POP out! I personally have some extra padding around my lower two abs. Mmmm Thai food.
Meh… doing it in the raised seatless chair (where u sit upright and extend legs out) will get you an 8 pack. Plus its way easier to stick a 5 or 10lb dumbbell in between your feet that way.
